Workshop:   Lunar Astrology Workshop

In this workshop we will discuss how to draw up and read a Lunar Chart.  The Lunar Chart amplifies the meanings of the natal chart and shows the subjective side of your personality, as well as your talents and career potentials.  Lunar charting is a classical technique.  It was routinely used from ancient times all the way up through the 17th and 18th centuries when astrological science reached a high point.  The Lunar Chart makes a lot of sense.  It works very well.  In addition to the Lunar Chart, we will also discuss how to use and interpret the Lunar Mansions.  The system of Lunar Mansions is another time-honored classical method very worth our consideration in astrology, as it gives us a greater depth of insight into our personalities.  Both the Lunar Chart and the Lunar Mansions give us a very rich understanding of the meaning of the Part of Fortune in the astrological chart.  We no longer need to overlook the Part of Fortune or underestimate its importance in astrology.  In classical astrology the Part of Fortune is called the Lunar Ascendent.  The Lunar Mansion in which your Part of Fortune is posited and the Lunar Mansion in which your Moon is posited in your natal chart have a lot to tell you about yourself.

Course:       Astrology: A Course in Self-Discovery

This class is an introduction to astrology as a tool for self discovery.  There will be a discussion of the meanings of planets, signs and houses as aspects of personality.  Each participant will receive their own birthchart.

Course:       An “Almost” Introductory Astrology Class

This class is open to anyone with a basic knowledge of planets, signs and houses (you make the call what a basic knowledge is) and will focus on understanding and learning how to interpret a birthchart.  Topics included will be planets, signs, houses, aspects, elements and chart configurations.  Each participant will receive their own birthchart and have opportunities to ask questions about their birthcharts.

Course:       Step-by-Step Birthchart Analysis

A five week astrology class, "Step-by-Step Birthchart Analysis" is for advanced astrology students and focuses on in-depth analysis of 1-2 charts per week.

Learn the basics of Astrology studying your own birth chart.  I am a professional astrologer and tarot reader in Cary and will be conducting a 5-day workshop on Astrology for beginners.  The workshop will consist of 5 sessions in 2 hour blocks and cover the following five topics:

    - What is the chart, how does astrology work, and why does astrology work?
    - Chart basics: houses, planets, signs, and aspects.
    - Interpretation 1: house + planet + sign = knowledge.
    - Interpretation 2: house/planet/sign interpretation + (aspect) house/planet/sign
      interpretation = more knowledge
    - Interpreting a full chart.
